Transporting your cat - Collection and Delivery
We are happy to collect your cats from home and deliver them back to you by prior arrangement.
The charge made for this service is £1.50 per mile for the round trip. i.e. if it's 4 miles from the cattery to your house and 4 miles back to the cattery the cost would be a round trip of 8 miles, £12.00 to collect and a total of £24.00 if you want me to deliver the cats back home.
We require 24 hours notice for this service. Due to our business hours there may be particular times of day that it will not be possible to oblige but in general we do try to accommodate your wishes.
Please ensure that your cats have a sturdy carrier which can be securely closed. For their own comfort whilst travelling, it is preferable that you have a separate carrier for each cat. If you require additional carriers or your own is unsafe.
Please advise us of this when booking transport so that we can bring extra carriers with us.
We suggest that your cat's carrier is lined with newspaper rather than towels or blankets as many cats are upset by even a short car journey and can be sick or worse!! Newspaper is easily disposed of and then they still have the towel or blanket from home to lie on whilst they are in the cattery.
There is a fee of £1.50 for each mile travelled for the collection\delivery service.
No Dogs allowed
Please note, we do not provide boarding facilities for dogs.
